Who is eligible?
Business tenants or owners of commercial properties within the City of Quincy.
Business owners must receive property owner approval for the project.
How is the program structured?
Loans will be provided at prime fixed rate for up to a 5 year-term.
The applicant is required to provide collateral and a personal guarantee.
Loans will be processed within two-weeks of submitting the application.
