Quincy 2000 Bus Trip to Blue Back Square

On a recent, beautiful June day, approximately 50 individuals - ranging from city officials to business owners and residents - toured Blue Back Square in West Hartford, CT.  The trip, which was sponsored by Quincy 2000, featured a walking tour by Street-Works Development co-founder and partner Richard Heapes.
